Showroom Sales Cum Interior Designers (Female)

With this job role (Showroom Sales Cum Interior Consultant), you will be responsible for providing expert sales assistance to walk-in customers while also offering interior design consultation services. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our furniture and decor products, creating personalized design solutions, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their design needs, offering professional advice, and helping them visualize the perfect interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Sales:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing guidance on products that best suit their requirements.
  • Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate the features, quality, and benefits of furniture and home decor products in the showroom.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual and showroom sales targets by closing sales and offering upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Sales Consultation: Recommend tailored product solutions based on customer preferences, style, space, and budget. Offer suggestions on color schemes, layouts, and combinations.
  • Order Processing: Manage sales transactions, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers through follow-up, personalized services, and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.

Interior Design Consultation

  • Space Planning & Design: Offer design consultations to clients, providing expert advice on space planning, furniture arrangement, and decor choices to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
  • Design Solutions: Assist clients in selecting furniture, fabrics, accessories, lighting, and decor to match their style and vision, while optimizing space utilization.
  • 3D Visualization & Mood Boards: Create mood boards, color schemes, and design mockups (e.g., 3D visualizations or layout plans) to help customers visualize their ideal space.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of design projects, from product selection to installation.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest design trends, furnishing innovations, and new products to offer the most up-to-date and trendy design options to customers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist customers in selecting materials, finishes, and coordinating with suppliers, ensuring all design elements are aligned with the overall aesthetic.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the respective field
  • Valid Bahrain or any GCC license for sales positions
  • Excellent communication skills
