As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our furniture and home decor products by building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will work primarily in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, promoting our products, and closing sales. You will represent the company at events, exhibitions, and through direct outreach, with a focus on both B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business) sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and target new sales opportunities within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively approach potential clients (homeowners, interior designers, contractors, businesses) to promote and sell our products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including furniture, fabrics, accessories, and custom solutions, to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate products, deliver presentations, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close deals that align with company objectives and profitability.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall sales growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive, Field Sales Representative, or similar sales role in the furnishing or home decor industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in the furnishing sector.
- Confident and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to adapt sales strategies based on different customer needs (residential, commercial, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (if applicable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM software knowledge is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the respective field
- Valid Bahrain or any GCC license for sales positions
